Pringle and Dan Brinsmead doing good things

Last night Alex's Fort Street High School Choir came second in the finals of the Australasian Choral Grand Prix. One of the pieces that they sang in the finals was Daniel Brinsmead's Captive which was first sung at Border Music Camp in 2012. -
Campers in Australian Youth Orchestra

There are several Campers and ex-Campers in the AYO - Emma Rayner (cello), Tori Bihun (violin), Rob Allan (percussion tutor), Lauren Whitehead (horn). -

We've purchased these through the generosity of the Ruth Whyte Bequest. These beautiful, high-calibre instruments make a fine addition to our complement of 'things that are struck musically'. -
